Hiroki's Birthday 2008

I visited Hiroki on October 12th and wished him a happy birthday.
He turned 23 yeas old this October.
Though he was heavy-footed a bit, he was doing well.

He was fast asleep at least from 11:45 till 15:30 though he changed
his position a couple of times.
Four hours passed while I waited eagerly for his awakening.

After he got up, he dug the ground powerfully.

Happy birthday, Hiroki!

I was planning to photograph Hiroki and the bamboo grass.
Unfortunately, the zoo didn't give it to him that day,
and so I used for last year's picture.

He has been digging for more than thirty minutes though he took a little rest.
